The board is triple coated on the top side, with one layer of pigment coating on the reverse side. It is made from quality long fibers of desirable diameter and length, with fine coating on the top, which lends it an excellent smoothness with low PPS value. The board is developed to benchmark with competing grades from America and Europe. With its best whiteness, the board is highly resistant to yellowing and ageing.

With even and consistent thickness, the board is ideally suited to offset print, meeting min dot specification while securing prime print quality in high-speed printing.

◎ Available with FSC certification on request, the board is proved by annual inspection in compliance with various European and American packaging directives and regulations, including ROHS, REACH, FDA 21Ⅲ, and etc.

Product Overview

As one of the highest quality category of carton board, the board is entirely based on solid bleached sulphate pulp. There is usually one or more layers of mineral or synthetic pigment coating on the top (C1S) and one layer of coating on the back (C2S). With best whiteness on both its top and reverse sides, it provides stunning print quality and is ideal for graphical end uses and packaging applications. It works well in various finishing techniques, including die-cutting, creasing, hot-foil stamping and embossing. Other benefits of the board includes a high hygiene standard for odour and taste neutrality, which makes it a sustainable choice for products sensitive to odour and taste, such medicines, clothing, cigarettes and cosmetics.
