Product Structure
◎ Laminated on both top and reversed sides, it presents excellent resistance to oil or moisture, and is suitable for hot-melt lamination.
◎ It has very good taste and odour neutrality and shows optimized edge wicking of high temperature water. With superior surface smoothness and evenness, it delivers you the very best printability.
◎ Produced with pure virgin fiber and free from optical brightening agents, the board features excellent tensile strength and desirable whiteness.
◎ With ideal stiffness and folding strength, the board stands out with superior convertability and formability, and is suitable for different converting and furnishing techniques such as lamination, die cut, ultrasonic laminating and hot-melt lamination.
◎ Available with FSC certification on request, the board is proved by annual inspection in compliance with various European and American packaging directives and regulations, including ROHS, REACH, FDA 21Ⅲ, and etc.

The product can be used with different printing techniques such as gravure, offset, UV and flexo.

Main End-uses

1.The microbial index of the contact surface of cardboard material and food shall comply with the provisions in the following table.
2.The size tolerance of the PE coated board is (0 ~ +2)mm.
3.The inner and outer surface of the cardboard is smooth and even, without any folds, holes, cracking or blistering. No foreign particle or odor is presented.
The cardboard meets the requirements related to China’s national food safety standards.
